Howell Municipal Court Information

The Howell Municipal Court is in a different location from the Township Municipal Building. It is located opposite the police department at 300 Old Tavern Road, Howell, NJ 07731. The office is available Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. for walk-ins and by calling (732) 938-4848 ext 4106. Arrests & Charges in Howell Township New Jersey

Howell is the largest municipality in Monmouth County at 61 square miles and also the second most populated at approximately 51,075 residents. It naturally follows that hit would have a high number of criminal complaints and traffic tickets as compared to other towns. It ranked sixth in disorderly persons offenses with 1,570 for the year ending June 2014. There were also 7773 summonses filed in Howell for motor vehicle violations like speeding, driving while suspended, driving without insurance, reckless driving and possession of CDS in a motor vehicle.
