Ocean Township Traffic Summons Attorney
With major New Jersey highways like Route 18 and Route 35 possessing significant stretches of roadway in Ocean New Jersey, there is plenty of traffic volume within the township. Nonetheless, the total for moving traffic violations issued during 2013-2014 of 6,110 is eye-opening. This is especially true when you consider that many of the summonses were for more serious violations than speeding such as driving while suspended, possession of CDS/drugs in a motor vehicle, reckless driving and operating without insurance. These tickets generated hundreds of thousands of dollars in fines and incalculable periods of suspension. The likelihood is that our clients were not among these statistics as we are successful in avoiding motor vehicle convictions in Ocean Township in far more cases than not.
