The Asbury Park Municipal Court is located at One Municipal Plaza, Asbury Park, NJ 07712. The payment window and courts staff are available during the week from 8AM to 4PM at 732-775-1765. Honorable Daniel J. DeBenedetto is the judge who presides over all proceedings in Asbury Park Municipal Court. Patricia Green serves as the administrator of the court. Court sessions are conducted every Wednesday at 1:30PM and Friday beginning at 8:00AM. The court possesses authority to deal with all traffic/motor vehicle summonses, DWI, DUI, municipal ordinance violations, and disorderly persons offenses such as marijuana possession, disorderly conduct, lewdness, simple assault, resisting arrest and harassment.
