The Howell Municipal Court is in a different location from the Township Municipal Building. It is located opposite the police department at 300 Old Tavern Road, Howell, NJ 07731. The office is available Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. for walk-ins and by calling (732) 938-4848 ext 4106. Howell is the largest municipality in Monmouth County at 61 square miles and also the second most populated at approximately 51,075 residents.
